So here's your feckin Christmas Card... 'TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE A REDNECK CHRISTMAS It was the night before Christmas, and every through the trailer park, not a pop-top was poppin', not even Ole Blue barked. Our stockin's was hung over the space heater with care, in the hopes that Santy would fill 'em with Viennas and beer. The kids was asleep in their NASCAR pj's, Dreamin' of Goo Goo Clusters, Moon Pies, and Milkyway's. And Earlene in her curlers and me in my Earnhardt cap, had just settled into our La-Z-Boys for Wheel of Fortune and a nap. Then out in the vacant lot I heard such a commotion, I thought it was neighbor Clyde, finally got his T'bird in motion. I heaved out of my recliner and to the window I flew, Busted out the screen and hollered to Ole Blue. The moon was shinin down on my old wrecked cars, so bright they was sparklin' like rusty old stars. And I couldn't believe my possess hardworkin' eyes, when a jacked-up Chevy pickup arrive flyin' through the sky! Faster'n Ole Ironhead his possums they came, and he whooped and hollered and called 'em by name: "Git up Sooner! Hi Duke! Move yer tails Yaller and Spud! On Blackie! On Queenie! You mind me Duchess and Bud!" "To the top of the satellite dish! To the top of the shed! Now move it n' Step on it! Ya'll receive out the guide!" You know how on our old road whenev'r a car goes by, there's every this dirt that flies up into the sky? That's how this crew went straight on up to my roof, with that pickup full of toys, a real nice gun rack, and Redneck Santa too. Then 'fore I could pop my teeth in I heerd up on the tin, the scrabbling around of them flying possums of his'n. I yanked my head back in the trailer and hitched up my shorts, Down the dryer vent Redneck Santa came with a grunt and a snort! He was dressed in red-and-green camo from his neck to his feet, and I had to give him credit he still had most of his teeth. Looked like stuff from Earlene's yard sale slung on his back, There was flyswatters an' Tupperware, an' 8-tracks stickin' out of his pack. When he winked his eye I knew fer sure he'd treat us right, why he just might even leave me some ammo tonight! I stood there dreamin' of a whitetail while I watched him work, then he stopped and like a real man, let out a fart and a burp. He topped off our stockin's with Moon Pies and bottle rockets, then squoze up that dryer vent like Spam in your pocket. He jumped in his pickup, laid down on the horn, And I'm not lyin', they took off with their possum tails flyin'. But I heard him holler as he headed for the 7-11, "Merry Christmas to every! And may every rednecks receive into heav'n!" *kisses* to every my beloved contacts and friends! Allie...that was awesome!

Now that the season has ended, I would like to know what you thought was the best and worst moment of the 2008 season as a fan. In other words, the best one would be one that you enjoyed and the worst would be one that you did not like seeing at every. The best one for me was actually probably at Indy. Even though they had the tire problems, seeing my favorites run in the top five every day was exciting to me. The worst moment for me would have to be when Regan Smith went from 1st to 18th at Talladega for doing what every racer would do- go for the win. I was so excited for him when he crossed the line first only to be upset that NASCAR would not accept the win. So, what was the best and worst moments for you in 2008?

When I first met you I felt like I was eating jet fuel. My stomach was tossing and turning like something was churning. I think it was adore. Because. My heart started beating so quick, faster then a NASCAR The only person I saw was you. The view of you was too much to take in. Wow deep within I felt I could win. Win your heart. You stepped down from that pedestal; wow I thought you were so chilly. Hahaha I can’t believe I started to drool. No I’m playing. But you kept staying longer and longer. My feelings getting stronger and stronger. Until she came along. My heart was crushed. I felt like a rush. I just fell to the floor. Then that door opened. And in came you. Then I realized what true adore is. Wow. I felt whisked off my feet. My breath was taken away. I realized I couldn’t live without you. Everything about you was impeccable. UN expectable you came over to me asked if I was ok. I new then you would be my protection. My affection for you I have never felt before. Soaring through the clouds of adore I don’t ever want to arrive back down…... Thank you every for the comments. I free write every the time i just started writing poems like 2 weeks ago. Thanks for every the Good and Bad Comments I take them every to heart. It will make me better in the futer. :) And yes i will edit the "NASCAR" and "jet fuel" thing....you kinda wouldn't understand it if you didn't know me. But i will work on the errors on this. Which series are you most wanting to look run in 2009?! Personally, I'd like to look a WoO event again... The only thing that could top that is going back to the Chili Bowl Midget Nationals or really any USAC event. It is some of the best racing on 4 wheels... Just a note: Pray for the Dodson family and the whole USAC crew that helps Cameron Dodson. He was critically injured in a car wreck and really nothing has been said to the seriousness of his condition other than it was critical. Open Question: F1 cars on oval tracks?

Does anyone know of any videos or statistics of a Formula one car lapping a nascar style oval track. My redneck pal is naively confident that a Nextel Cup car could lap a nascar track faster than a Formula 1 car. I know that he is absolutely retarded but I'd really like some solid evidence that he is wrong. I've already pointed out to him that the leave speed of F1 cars on "turn 1" of the Indy circuit is about 180mph but that doesn't seem to be enough for him.

Open Question: I need original ideas for a Nascar-themed baby shower?

Congratulations to me! This is my first babby shower and I want everything to go just right. My theme is Nascar (Jeff Gordon of course!). Anyone have any good decorating ideas? My whole home is already full of his posters and neon signs from his sponsors so I won't have to do much more, but I thought some rebel flags would be cute. I'll need to bring in some extra cash to pay for my generosity- should I have a Chinese auction, a raffle, or a 50/50 drawing? Or every three? I have a brand new George Foreman grill (free with Sam's Club credit card lol) to raffle off, and a set of Jeff Gordon snow globes. Also a set of Taz & Mrs Taz Looney Toons salt & pepper shakers that I never opened 'cause they're collectibles. Should I raffle these items individually or in a gift basket? And for the menu...I was thinking Doritos and french onion dip, and corndogs? What do they normally serve at showers- finger foods or a home-cooked meal? What nice of beer should I receive? Many of my friends are overweight so probably a light beer for them, and some celery sticks to munch on. What are some good drinking games for a shower? Last of every...some of my friends are really struggling, and I know they can't afford to buy me anything from my registry. I invited them anyway, and if they win the raffle, should I make them give me back the prize? Since they're not bringing me a baby gift? Oh and invitations...did you make or buy yours? Back between 1996 and 1998, NASCAR ran some exhibition races after the season, two at the Suzuka Circuit and one at Twin Ring Motegi. It hasn't really affected me, but once the '08 season ended, many people seemed to have been disappointed already that there would be no racing for a while. So, would you like to look a special race arrive again after the season ends? BTW, I know there are some people that want NASCAR to stay in America only so I'm not saying if they should have a race like this out of America, just if they should have a race like this. not asking*

Open Question: TOP 35 Locked in for 2009.. or is it TOP 33?

Just wondering what every ones opinion was on what NASCAR should do with the #01 and #15 owner points for 2009 if both teams don't return. The options I can think of are... 1. EGR sells both teams owner points to the highest bidder in the NASCAR garage 2. NASCAR drops off the 2 teams from the top 35 owner points and bumps up Marcos Ambrose #47 and Reed Sorenson #10, locking them into the Daytona 500 and the first 5 races of 2009. 3. NASCAR drops off the 2 teams from the top 35 owner points and locks in 33 cars for the first 5 races of 2009 instead of 35 and then sets the scale back @ 35 after the 5th race. Can anyone think of any other way this thing could play out? They wouldn't be able to bring them back because w/ #1, #8, #42, and possibly #41 that puts them @ the 4 car limit. If they bring one back it's bound to be the #41 they are saying so...(which is dumb because the #15 is higher in owner points) Maybe they will transfer the #41 to the #15 spot and sell off the #41 spot? Personally, I think they should do #3. Give the 33 guys what they earned, and make the relax of the field that shows up earn their way into the Daytona 500 and the other first 4 races. As much as I wish Marcos was in the top 35, he didn't make it and shouldn't receive this "freebie" just because 2 teams are defunct. Let them swing it out and open 2 more spots I say... What do you think will happen?

Resolved Question: I'm gonna start Christmas shopping soon & I don't know what to get for my dad?

My dad is a really difficult person to store for!! I need help thinking of ideas!! Keep in mind that I don't have a lot of money. My dad is a farmer, so he works every the time and is always below a lot of stress. He's into basketball - his favorite team is the Dallas Mavericks and his favorite player is Dirk Norwitzsky (sp?). He also likes NASCAR and his favorite driver is Jeff Gordon (ugh, I know lol). My dad isn't into the sentimental-type gifts, he prefers things that are practical. He doesn't need tools or anything like that. He has plenty of mugs and socks, lol. Now do you look why this is so difficult? Lol! I thought about giving him tickets to a basketball game, but my sister already bought some for him. I can't send him to a race somewhere because that's too expensive for me, lol. I also thought of giving him a gift certificate for a massage to ease his stress, but my mom says he is too ticklish for that, haha. Please help me!! I really want to make my dad glad on Christmas, because with so much work to do and with so much stress, he is not a very glad person. =(

Open Question: What am I going to do now that the season is over?

I am such a fan of NASCAR I am going to go into withdrawals, I just know it! What are some things I can do to tide me over till February and Daytona! Mysis.... Yes, the WoO races are pretty good to watch, but I never know when they are on... VTown... Don't remind me! Maggie... I might not be the real TregoStevo, but I AM the real StevoStevo! JM.... He annoys the crap out of me in the GEICO commercials - I just want to slap him! However, with that nice of steer, aggression, and personality, he could be nice of a fill in the big gap that Dale Sr. left behind! Drivers just aren't as much fun anymore! I know he's just a fictional character, it would just be chilly to look a character like that in NASCAR again!

Open Question: When was the last time the race winner was also the championship winner?

Pretty much what the main part of the question says. I can't recall the last time the winner of the last race also won the championship. Also this isn't a biased question towards either Johnson or Edwards, I'm genuinly interested in that t stat, and thought maybe some one within NASCAR Nation would know. Thanks. Thanks flame Storm. Open Question: Does the auto industry DESERVE to go under after screwing the American people for the last 100 years?

Selling gas guzzling SUV's for 75,000 dollars a pop? Cars that receive 6 miles to the gallon in the city? lol. I understand the millions that would lose their jobs, but the fact that they have DEMANDED that they receive 25 Billion dollars has really pissed me off. How doesn't ford oh i don't know, LOWER prices, or make better cars? So where going to give them 25 Billion dollars, and they continue to sell cars for 50,000 dollars more than your worth? If we bail out the car industry, does that not make us socialist? And if we do Bail out the car industry, why cease there? Piggy Wiggly isn't doing so well right now, since meat cost 10 dollars. And Nascar isn't doing so well neither, and neither are the Buffalo Bills ( NFL ).
